Booking Fee & Service Reservation Policy

For clients booking event planning, coordination, décor, photo booth, balloon installations, rental services, or any additional services.

Booking Fee Requirement

To secure event planning, coordination, décor, photo booth, balloon installations, rental services, or any additional services provided by Crowned Creations Event Co., a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of contract execution.

The booking fee reserves your event date, secures planning resources, and guarantees availability of staff, equipment, and inventory for your event.

Non-Refundable Booking Fee

All booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Client cancellation
• Change of event date
• Venue cancellation
• Personal emergencies
• Weather-related concerns
• Reduction in services after booking
• Failure to make remaining payments

Because Crowned Creations Event Co. immediately begins reserving resources and may decline other bookings for the reserved date, booking fees cannot be refunded once received.

Event Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their event subject to availability. Requests must be submitted in writing. Approval of a date transfer is at the sole discretion of Crowned Creations Event Co. Additional fees may apply based on the new event date, season, venue requirements, or scope of services.

Remaining Balance

The remaining event balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the service agreement. Failure to make payments by the stated due dates may result in cancellation of services without refund of any payments previously made.

Client Cancellation

If a client cancels services after booking, all payments made, including the booking fee, are forfeited. Any products, custom items, rentals, materials, labor, or services already purchased or performed on behalf of the client will remain the financial responsibility of the client.

Force Majeure

Crowned Creations Event Co. shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, acts of God, government restrictions, public emergencies, venue closures, labor shortages, or other unforeseen events.

Agreement

Payment of the booking fee and execution of a service agreement constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Crowned Creations Event Co. Vendor Fee & Booking Policy

For vendors participating in any Crowned Creations Event Co. event, market, festival, or pop-up.

By submitting payment for any Crowned Creations Event Co. event, market, festival, or pop-up, vendors acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Vendor Fees

All vendor fees, deposits, and booth payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vendor fees secure your space, event planning, marketing, administration, and operational expenses associated with the event. Vendor participation is not guaranteed until payment has been received in full.

No Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Vendor cancellation
• Scheduling conflicts
• Illness or personal emergencies
• Weather conditions
• Transportation or travel issues
• Low attendance
• Dissatisfaction with sales or event performance
• Failure to read event details, rules, or requirements

Crowned Creations Event Co. does not guarantee vendor sales, revenue, customer traffic, or return on investment. Each vendor is responsible for the success of their own business, marketing efforts, inventory, pricing, and customer engagement.

Event Changes & Cancellations

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, acts of God, severe weather, public safety concerns, government actions, or other unforeseen events, Crowned Creations Event Co. reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel an event.

Should an event be canceled by Crowned Creations Event Co., a vendor credit may be issued at the sole discretion of management and may be applied toward a future event. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

Vendor Space Transfers

Vendor spaces may not be sold, shared, assigned, or transferred to another business without prior written approval from Crowned Creations Event Co.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By submitting payment, vendors agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for fees covered under this policy. Any unauthorized chargeback may result in removal from future events and collection of associated fees.

Agreement

Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of all Crowned Creations Event Co. event policies, vendor requirements, and terms outlined on the website and event registration forms.

Photo & Video Release Disclaimer

For all attendees, participants, exhibitors, and service providers at any Crowned Creations Event Co. event.

By attending, participating in, exhibiting at, or providing services for any event hosted, managed, or coordinated by Crowned Creations Event Co, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, live streams, and other media may be captured during the event.

You grant Crowned Creations Event Co, its representatives, partners, sponsors, and affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display your image, likeness, voice, business name, logo, products, and/or promotional materials captured during the event for marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes.

Such use may include, but is not limited to, social media platforms, websites, digital advertising, email marketing, print materials, press releases, promotional videos, and future event marketing.

No compensation, royalties, or additional approval will be provided for the use of such photographs, videos, or recordings. All photographs, videos, and recordings taken during the event shall remain the property of Crowned Creations Event Co.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify Crowned Creations Event Co in writing prior to the event. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, Crowned Creations Event Co cannot guarantee exclusion from all event photography or video footage captured in public event spaces.

By registering for, attending, or participating in the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Photo and Video Release Disclaimer.
